  1. Prep Ingredients - Dice Roma Tomato. Finely Dice and seed Jalapeno, and Red Onion. Halve Mango, remove pit seed, dice in skin, and remove by scooping out pieces. Halve avocados and remove pits, dice inside skins and scoop diced pieced from skin with spoon into bowl. Juice lime and dice cilantro

  2. In a medium large bowl combine avocado, mango, tomato, red onion, jalapeno, lime juice and salt. Stir gently to combine. Add Cilantro.

  3. Serve with Chips and enjoy!
